There will be informative guest speakers and delectable breakfast plates. Since the inception of Breakfast Conversations™, this annual event has sold out every year.

As a result of connecting small & minority businesses we are excited that these connections have helped us to foster in and surpass $15,000,000+ in revenue for the small & minority business community of Charlotte, NC and surrounding counties. According to our 2023 business surveys an impressive $61,556,000usd is the combined annual gross income of our business attendees. We are truly small businesses doing big business!

2025 Full Lineup: TBA! The Deadline to RSVP via ticket purchase is February 15, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. est. Dress code is strictly enforced. Professional business attire is mandatory [No Denim of any kind and no Sneakers]!

Keynote Speaker

Bruce Jackson

Bruce Jackson is an attorney and the author of "Never Far from Home: My Journey from Brooklyn to Hip Hop, Microsoft, and the Law". Mr. Jackson is the current associate general counsel for Microsoft and serves as the Managing Director for Strategic Partnerships out of the Office of the President. As an accomplished Microsoft executive, Bruce Jackson handles billions of dollars of commerce as it's associate general counsel while he plays a crucial role in the company's corporate diversity efforts. Also, he's known as "Microsoft's 20 billion dollar attorney". Having led a team with diverse backgrounds to close some of Microsoft's most pivotal deals in their history!

From working for Microsoft's Vice Chair and President, Brad Smith, and its Co-founder, Bill Gates, and advising some of the biggest stars in the music industry. Bruce Jackson was a recipient of Microsoft's Diversity Award and recognized for his ongoing commitment, accomplishments and sustained prominent level of contributions across a broad range of organizations and activities. He has participated in Microsoft's law and corporate affairs' diversity efforts, helped launch Microsoft's Elevate American Veterans Initiative, and worked to develop its diverse recruitment pipeline. Jackson is a board member of the Universal Hip Hop Museum, the New York City Mayor's Corporate Counsel Committee, and sits on the advisory board of the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms.

There is a demand for the City of Charlotte to create synergy between corporations headquartered in the city and with the small & minority business community. The intent is to bridge the gap of corporations utilizing small & minority business owners to fulfill their service needs.


Our Mission: To create a sustainable network of small & minority business owners that can fulfill the demand for services and goods to corporations within our city and state.
