VIP Breakfast SEAT
All sales are final and non-refundable, no exceptions. All ticket prices are per person. H.O.L. Media reserves the right to make any changes to the event schedule, ticket/vendor/sponsorship prices, event date, event location, and or special guest.
Agreement to Terms: By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending this event, the Participant acknowledges, agrees, and shall abide by the following terms and conditions:
Authorized Distribution: The distribution of business cards is strictly limited to the Participant’s assigned table or during active, one-on-one networking. The systematic, static, or mass distribution of marketing materials, including but not limited to business cards, flyers, brochures, and promotional items to attendees or groups in common areas or aisles is strictly prohibited.
Exclusivity Protections: Such actions infringe upon the exclusive commercial rights of paid event sponsors and constitute a material breach of this agreement.
Penalties for Violation: Unauthorized solicitation (commonly referred to as "Suitcasing") shall result in:

Immediate ejection from the event premises without refund of any registration fees.

An assessment of a liquidated damages fee in the amount of $700.00 USD, which will be billed directly to the individual Participant and/or their represented entity/company.
HOL Media reserves the right to deny anyone a ticket sale and or entry to the event. Any and all opinions expressed by guest speaker(s) are done so individually and do not reflect the views of H.O.L. Media. Any person(s) purchasing ticket(s) will be subject to being photographed and or videotaped during the event. Anyone purchasing tickets agree that they are 18 years of age or older. All breakfast participants agree to eat at their own risk and according to their personal dietary needs. VIP and Business ticket(s) purchased will not have readily available the same meals. The meal selection chosen when purchasing your ticket is final, no exceptions.

Indemnification and Release. As an attendee and or participant you voluntarily and fully shall assume all risks related in any way to injury and or Covid-19 as it pertains to attending and or your participation in Breakfast Conversations™. Attendee and or participant hereby irrevocably and forever agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Breakfast Conversations™, its companies, its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, 2 insurers, benefit plans, members, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”), jointly and severally, in their individual and agency capacities, from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, claims, lawsuits, judgments, losses, and/or liabilities (including attorney fees) arising directly or indirectly from, or related in any way to, any claims made by or on behalf of any attendee and or participant for bodily injury, death, loss of use, monetary loss, or any other injury from or related to injury and or Covid-19. Attendee and or participant hereby releases, waives and discharges any claims, demands, damages, expenses, losses or liabilities (including attorney fees) against the Released Parties for any injury, illness, death or monetary loss relating in any way to injury and or Covid-19 in connection with the Event. The obligations shall survive after discontinuation or expiration of the event. Therefore, by purchasing a ticket(s) and or by participating you understand the terms, willingly and fully agree to these terms.
The CDC recommends whether vaccinated or unvaccinated to wear a mask. It is important to remember that any mask is better than no mask. To protect yourself and others from COVID-19, CDC continues to recommend that you wear the most protective mask you can that fits well and that you will wear consistently.
At Breakfast Conversations, we ask you to choose what is best for you and your health! Therefore, mask are highly recommended. If you have any symptoms within 48 hours of Covid-19, Flu, or any other variants please do NOT attend this event! Symptoms of the following 48 hours prior to event means do NOT attend:
People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea

Our food is prepared in a facility that is not food allergen or gluten-free. Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat and this is not limited to different meat variations.
While the catering company takes steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur, as factors beyond our reasonable control may alter the formulations of the food we serve, or manufacturers may change their formulations without our knowledge.
Heirs of Legends™ Media, our subsidiaries, and our catering company of choice shall not be held liable for any adverse or allergic reactions. By participating in this event, you agree that you fully understand to eat at your own risk and according to your dietary restrictions.
Photography and Vidoegraphy of this event is strictly prohibited. Attendees are not permitted to take any photographs or videos during the stage session(s), and any unauthorized recording devices may be confiscated, and any person(s) caught recording will be removed, no exceptions.
